This 2 hour workshop will examine what dreams are and how to find meaning. We will discuss how dreams can give you creative answers to problems by bringing the unconcious to the conscious. Dream journaling can be a great way to find meaning and deciphering symbols. We'll talk about different symbols that you may experience in the sleeping state. A self-hypnosis CD to open your mind as you drift to sleep will be included.

This program is specifically designed by YOU and Jill to help permanently release any distractions, addictions, or blocks that are preventing you from living life fully and consciously. Examples would include food eating, worry, lack of self-confidence, alcohol/drugs, gaming, lack of creativity, smoking, fear, unworthiness, anger, work, TV etc. This comprehensive empowering program was developed by Madonna Kettler and is based in hypnotherapy, yet throughout the program, you will be introduced to various other holistic modalities that could help you achieve your ultimate goals and intentions, including but not limited to: fitness and exercise, yoga, massage, acupuncture, aromatherapy, nutrition, meditation, art, Reiki/healing, and astrology. Weekly support, discussion, and group hypnosis sessions will lead you closer to your ultimate dreams, until you create a fulfilled life of your design! There will be other commitments to make to yourself and the program, and research developed relating to the outcome.
