Hypnosis provides a wonderful avenue of healing at the subconcious level.  Hypnosis can be used for a variety of issues concerning weight, smoking, pain, anxiety, fears, confidence, and any lifestyle change.  This includes energy balancing, attracting abundance, and developing your abilities.  Life and Past Life Regression can also be helpful in determining the source of your issue especially if traditional medicine cannot.  Regression therapy can help you find your purpose in this life and assure that you are on the right path.  The benefits of Hypnosis are limitless in discovering your true potential.

Is hypnosis mind control?
Hypnosis is not a mind control.  You are always in control during a hypnosis session.  A thorough client interview before the session will help determine the best way to approach your issue.  When you set your intention with the therapist during the session, you will determine where you need to go in order to provide the highest good for yourself.  The therapist will use words and phrases that you will be comfortable with to achieve your positive results.  You are always free to accept or reject any suggestion given to you at any time.

Do I go to sleep during hypnosis?
Hypnosis does not put you into an unconscious state or to 'sleep'.  You are always aware of what is happening and what is being said to you.  You can think of the session as a guided meditation that brings you to a subconscious awareness.  You will be in a relaxed and safe atmosphere during each session.

Do I need more than one session?
Hypnosis is an alternative method of therapy.  Just like other therapies, one session is usually not sufficient to completely address all the aspects of your need.  Many issues have taken a lifetime or more to develop so you should not expect the issues to be eliminated in one session.  Everyone responds differently to hypnosis and the therapist will help you determine if this type of therapy is for you and if more than one session is needed.


What kind of hypnosis is used?
Two types of hypnotherapy are used at Nature's Healing Room:

Clinical hypnotherapy is the most commonly known with weight release and smoking.  This is where the therapist puts the client into a relaxed state and provides words and phrases to positively reinforce the desired goal.

Non-clinical hypnotherapy is used in regression therapies.  After the therapist puts the client into a relaxed state, the therapist guides the client to the source of the issue or to where the client has set their intention.  There is speaking and interaction between the therapist and the client while under hypnosis.
